Setera partners with CloudCTI to offer off-the-shelf, 100% cloud, native Teams-CRM integrations

By example, within Teams this allows  users to

  • make calls to external contacts
  • recognise and display incoming calls in Teams
  • keep track of their call history
  • perform a ‘screen pop’ on a screen in the CRM application

Benefits

  • Click-to-call: from Teams, calls with contacts from the CRM application can be set up with one mouse click
  • Name display: When an incoming call arrives and the phone number is recognised, a notification with the callers’ name from the CRM application will appear in Teams
  • Contact details: A mouse click on the notification opens a screen with contact details. Display of up to 4 additional fields of your choice from the CRM application
  • Screen pop: The ‘Open Contact’ button opens a screen of your choice in the CRM application with the caller’s details
  • Additional actions: Optionally, additional buttons can be configured, for example to automatically generate a callback message or open various CRM applications
  • Conversation history: All conversations are recorded in the conversation history in Teams
    • The conversation list shows, when recognised, the contact name from the CRM application. It can also be filtered on incoming or outgoing calls
    • ‘Screen pop’ contact details into the CRM application directly from the contact in Teams
    • Contacts from the call history can be added to the Teams speed-dial list
  • TeamsQ support: the CloudCTI app shows the caller details as soon as a call from this queue is answered
