The Customer provides global Operator Connect & Direct Routing services. It helps many multinational enterprises consolidate how they buy and manage their global MS Teams Telephony. They offer fully cloud based DDI Phone numbers, PSTN replacement services in over 100 countries.
The Customer wanted a reliable, certified third-party supplier to provide Direct Routing services across China, with the capability to address the complexities of this high-growth market. The ability to provision regulatory-compliant phone numbers for major brand clients nationwide, offering a user portal to transparently track order progress and assist with the linguistic and communication challenges inherent in operating within China.
