The customer’s traditional PBX system had reached the end of its lifecycle, prompting a strategic decision to transition to a Microsoft Teams-based communication environment. However, with offices spread across multiple countries, the customer faced a significant challenge: they needed a unified telephony solution without the complexity of sourcing separate Direct Routing services for each location.  

Managing multiple providers, contracts, and regulatory requirements would have created unnecessary overhead, making centralised management difficult.
