A Coruña, November 17, 2021 – EMTEL del Noroeste and Setera Spain agreed to start strategic alliance to accelerate the roll out of Setera’s OneCloud Unified Communications service for Emtel’s over 6 thousand customers.

EMTEL and Setera have already shown excellent results with their relationship over the past 2 years, and now we are starting a project to migrate the old ISDN PBXs into the Cloud. Setera Italia and “Federalberghi”, Rome Hotel Association, have signed agreement to promote Setera´s new generation hotel Setera Guest Mobile Applications to hospitality market in Rome area. It digitises the hotel directory and gives easy mobile access to hotel services. European Union is heavily supporting hotels to digitalise their services.

“I am really excited that our services for hotels are chosen by Rome hotel association. There are large amount of private hotels lacking digital services, which improve customer experience and efficiency”, says Giovanni Luca Cannizzaro, Country manager of Setera Italia.

Setera Communications and Kloutricity have have signed an agreement to migrate Kloutricity’s UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) customers to Setera’s global OneCloud communication platform. Kloutricity continues to provide OneCloud services to its customers and will support Setera’s global enterprise customers in Singapore.

We have local interconnect with local operators to include number porting, which gives us full capabilities in providing services to businesses in Singapore”, says Tuomo Kiesvaara CEO Setera Communications.

Setera Communications has added Portugal, Turkey and Greece, where UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and SIP trunking services are working with local new numbers, ported numbers and local calling.

Setera Communications has expanded its network coverage to provide UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) services in 40 cities across China. China is boosting digitalisation and replacing traditional PBXs with cloud-based VoIP services.

“I am thrilled that we have achieved this position to be able to provide UCaaS in China. Our direct interconnection with local Chinese operators allows us to get local phone numbers and local calling in 40 main cities around China”.

Setera Communications is providing OneCloud services to Singapore GP in 2023.
